Welcome to Episode 1 of The Briefing, hosted by Wellsboro Chief of Police Chad Boyce. Wellsboro drivers and pedestrians are urged to be alert and practice caution due to a recent change made to the intersection of Main Street and Central Avenue. Motorists are no longer permitted to turn right on red at the intersection, and new signage has been put in place indicating the updated traffic rules.
