Sender: "Today I was at Sharkeys on western, in west peoria IL. I was waiting for my food until this lady with no plates hit my car and drove off. I tried following her but she had gotten away. I was on western for a while after that making a police report. After I got done talking to the police I seen her probably 20 minutes after. She was going to a bar across the street from Owls nest. I had pulled in behind her and told her I was calling the police because she hit my car earlier today. After
