On January 3rd, 2026, Deputies responded to a residence in Groveland in reference to a reported physical altercation between two sisters. Upon the deputy’s arrival, it was discovered that the suspect was intoxicated, became angry towards the victim and stuck her in the face with a dog leash and harness.
