This is the homeless camp at I5 and Northgate as it looked a few days ago. The number of tents has probably risen since then. Many of the folks who are here now have likely relocated from other camps that were "swept" by the Navigation Team. Considering that the City of Seattle spends upwards of $80 milllion a year for homeless services, we should be keeping records of every street dweller or tent camper who has been contacted by the City. Nav Teams should do a needs asssessment survey and offer
