A man was knocked over by a barbell in Gardena, California, as a he and his gym buddy were performing an intense workout routine last month. Anthony Navarro captured the incident on video, where a man is seen throwing a barbell to his workout partner and then doing a series of push-ups. The other man squats with the barbell and then throws it back for his workout partner to catch.
