The Story of Nzou - an Elephant that thinks she is a buffalo. It all began in the year 1972. Rangers walking in the Lowveld part of Zimbabwe which is along one of the country's majestic rivers, Zambezi, found a two-year old baby elephant. She was not in a nicest situation as she was trying to suckle from her dead mother. During the early 1970's , the then Rhodesian government used to resort to culling as a way of decreasing the Elephant population. It was evident that the Rangers who killed Nzou
