We're starting the week on a gentle note, with Mike Mainieri and the John Lewis composition "Django". Lewis wrote it in 1954 as a tribute guitarist Django Reinhardt and it has since become a beloved jazz standard. This version is an arrangement by our "Principal Conductor" Bob Mintzer and features Mike Mainieri on vibraphone and Hans Vroomans on piano.
