This is Octavia. He was found tied to a pole at a gas station in Camden. He’s been at the shelter and his stray hold is up tomorrow. One of our volunteers met him today and said the poor guy has shut down. We’re sure he doesn’t know what’s going on or how we ended up at the shelter. **UPDATE- Duchess is safe! Thanks to AABR volunteer Brian for closing his business on a moments notice and driving to the shelter to bring her to safety (🙏🙌).
