At pretty much every railway station in India, you will find red-shirted coolies whose job it is to carry luggage. You can hire a coolie to carry your suitcases and load them into your train carriage or the luggage compartment.

Liked it, but kinda feels underwhelming compared to Vikram and Leo's title teaser. Kamal and Vijay spoke only one catchy phrase in their respective title teasers, idhula Rajini speaking a wholeass paragraph feels kinda weird despite being a reference to an earlier Rajini film.The fight sequence kinda feels over the top too.

On the other hand Coolie teaser was sub par at best, the only thing that makes me watch the teaser again and again is the music and the DOP. The fight sequences are just mediocre. TLDR; LEO got hate because it has Vijay, on the other hand coolie gets hate because it is not that great.

Coolie derived from an older word in India, “Kuli” which basically meant slave. In some uses it meant peon, low class, servant, unskilled laborer etc. — all pretty unflattering things. After the African slaves were freed, “the Coolie system” was used as a replacement to fill the demand for plantation labour.
