Devon, Gladius, Baby 5, and Who's Who...some awesome and underrated design picks. Also Cracker to an extent, but I at least hear praise for his design once in a blue moon. I also really like the look of his Biscuit Soldiers. Devon in particularly probably has the most stereotypically piratical design of all women in One Piece and I love it.
