Nitrado are an absolute joke and they dont reply to support tickets, server doesnt work, auto-renewed even after I'd sent support ticket asking for REFUND because server is stuck in restarting loop.

Nitrado Server not showing up in ARK SA Yesterday I think their was a server update to Ark and since mid day on the west coast I have not been able to find my server in game.

I’ll never play official and I’ve relied on nitrado ever since I’ve played ASE and still use them for ASA. It’s pricier than it should be but I like the UI and I’ve made my piece with it.
