The Nip/Tuck actor tragically died just days ago, and his cause of death has now officially been confirmed after a summary report from a coroner's office was released.

Julian McMahon 's cause of death has been revealed. According to a Cremation Approval Summary Report from the Pinellas County Medical Examiner's Office in Florida obtained by PEOPLE, the Australian actor, best known for roles on Nip/Tuck and Charmed, died from lung metastasis as a result of head and neck metastatic cancer.
