2:25PM: The Astros are set to sign right-hander Hector Neris to a Major League contract, KPRC 2’s Ari Alexander reports.

Hundreds of people chanted and marched in a Camarillo immigration protest that included a tense standoff at a nearby U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement field office on July 14.

The Houston Astros brought back Hector Neris, signing the 36-year-old right-hander on Saturday.

The Camarillo Community Band is a summer institution. For 40 years, the volunteer group of musicians has performed summer concerts in the park for locals.
