WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - A new initiative for downtown Wichita has officially launched, called the Clean Team Pilot Program.

Tuesday, in its first meeting of 2024, the Wichita City Council will vote on implementing parts of the downtown parking plan. More than a decade in the making, the council approved that plan in March.
