Two first responders were hurt fighting a Wading River fire, while a separate blaze in Floral Park sent a building occupant to the hospital.

One resident and five staff members were taken to the hospital for treatment of smoke inhalation after an oxygen concentrator at a Riverhead nursing home caught fire early this morning.
