North Carolina hasn't been as strong this season compared to previous years, giving Coach Hamilton a chance to pick up another big win at home before he steps down, but the Seminoles would still have to play good basketball.

The FSU Seminoles lost to the North Carolina Tar Heels 96-85 Monday night at the Donald L. Tucker Center in Tallahassee, Florida. FSU is now 16-12 on the season and 7-10 in ACC play. The Seminoles trailed 49-43 at halftime and the Tar Heels added some breathing room in the second half.

UNC has four players who average double figures in scoring. Leading the way is its 5-year senior and All-ACC guard RJ Davis, who averages 17.3 points a game. Freshman guard Ian Jackson is also a player to watch, averaging 13.7 points per game.
