A proposed Clark County ordinance would regulate where electric bicycles and scooters can be used and how fast they can travel in the Las Vegas Valley.

County commissioners on Tuesday unanimously approved the creation of the Sports and Entertainment Improvement District.

Life Time founder Bahram Akradi said this past weekend that construction on its long-planned southwest Las Vegas facility, across from Ikea, should be underway within the next 60 days.
