Poland's Iga Swiatek strode imperiously into the fourth round at Wimbledon on Saturday, with a dominant 6-2 6-3 win over Danielle Collins and said she felt the balls were listening to her this year.

It’s Iga Świątek, the five-time Grand Slam champion who spent 125 weeks as the world No. 1 between early 2022 and late 2024. She’s the No. 8 seed at Wimbledon, but she’s actually the world No. 4. Only three of the top seven players in the world are left in the draw.

Iga Swiatek has joked that she could be banned from Wimbledon after making a very controversial claim about the tournament’s famous strawberries. The No. 8 seed is back into the second week here after beating Danielle Collins 6-2 6-3.
