JEROME, Fla. (WWSB) - Evidence and DNA collected from a black bear killed this week has confirmed it was the animal that killed a Collier County man and his dog, state wildlife officials said.
FWC has confirmed the DNA from the three bears killed were at the scene of the fatal attack. The agency says one bear had some of the victim's remains in it.
