A Naugatuck man has been charged after allegedly driving under the influence with an 11-month-old child in the vehicle, according to Naugatuck police.

Police say he admitted to smoking marijuana roughly an hour before the crash and told police his impairment level was a 1 or 2 out of 10 at the time of the crash.
