Since the '80s, the all-female hair band Vixen, playing The Space at Westbury on Saturday, has been performing across the globe, proving women can rock just as hard as men.

It courted more than 100 rock and glam-metal bands to play loud music on the former Astroworld grounds. Crowds steadily increased over the weekend, though there remained plenty of room for more.
