A stolen vehicle led law enforcement to a residence in St. Paul, where two juvenile suspects were taken into custody.

Joshua L. Balfour II is charged with five felonies related to drug dealing, possession, auto theft and resisting law enforcement as well as five other misdemeanors.

The suspects — both 17 years old — are being held at the Dakota County Juvenile Services Center, according to officials.
