Taco Bell is bringing back crispy chicken nuggets, and is planning to put them on the permanent menu by 2026. It is also testing three new menu items.

"The demand for our nuggets was off the charts, which is why we're looking at making crispy chicken permanent to give our fans what they are telling us they want."Made with all-white meat chicken, the nuggets are marinated in jalapeño buttermilk and coated in a crunchy tortilla-chip breading.

At its annual Live Más event in March, the taco chain announced the nuggets would be making a comeback this year. They were listed on the menu only "while supplies last" during their initial run in late 2024, and fans expressed disappointment on social media when they were no longer available.
