Roseman started that process two years ago when he selected defensive tackle Jalen Carter and edge rusher Nolan Smith in the first round of the 2023 NFL Draft, and he continued it last year when he took cornerbacks Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean with his top-two picks in the 2024 NFL Draft.
"Myles Garrett, (The Eagles) would not want to see him go to the Washington Commanders, for example. If that was to gain traction, Howie Roseman would likely step in and try to make a deal that is too hard for the Browns to refuse," Fowler said.
