Warner Bros Discovery and U-Next unveil global distribution of Japanese dramas on Max, in the U.S., Brazil and Asia.

Amazon MGM Studios’ Japanese original series Human Specimens, based on Kanae Minato’s novel, is set to bow globally on Prime Video on December 18.

The horror-thriller series, based on a cult manga and starring Yuya Yagira and Show Kasamatsu, has become Disney's most successful streaming series in Japan to date.
