Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang on Tuesday kicked off the AI chipmaker's GTC 2025 conference with a presentation highlighting the breadth of AI applications Nvidia systems support. He also laid out the company's product roadmap for the next two years.

At the GTC conference on Tuesday, Nvidia made significant announcements, including the unveiling of its next-generation AI chips, Blackwell Ultra and Rubin, which promise to push the boundaries of artificial intelligence capabilities.

Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang said on Tuesday the company was well placed to navigate a shift in the artificial intelligence industry, in which businesses are moving from training AI models to getting detailed answers from them.

In a speech on Nvidia’s new offerings, Huang laid out some ideas about what data centers and tech stacks are soon going to look like. SECTION:

"We are now running production silicon in Arizona." So says none other than Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang. Exactly what silicon? How many chips? Hold those thoughts. The term "production silicon" is a significant upgrade from previous confirmations from Nvidia that it merely had plans to make chips at TSMC's factory in Arizona.
