The Palm Springs City Council on Thursday gave approval to explore restoration of the historic landscape at City Hall, designed by renowned mid-century landscape architect Garrett Eckbo.

Launched in 2017, it features large-scale installations by international artists, designed to engage directly with the desert landscape ... Arts Festival and the Palm Springs Art Museum.
