Future Hall of Fame head coach Pete Carroll was hired after being away for a season and the team hired assistant general manager John Spytek from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Las Vegas Raiders are set to play 17 regular-season games in 2025, and while their schedule is far from the NFL's hardest, it's also not going to be the easiest.

The son of Buffs head coach and Pro Football Hall of Famer Deion Sanders, Shedeur Sanders was widely expected to be a top-10 pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. At the very least, scouts and analysts thought, he’d be a late first or early second-round pick.

The Raiders traded Cooper to the Dallas Cowboys for a first-round pick in the fall of 2018. Cooper went on to be a premier receiver for the Cowboys before continuing his success in Cleveland. Now that he’s a free agent, he could be the only player who could save Geno Smith and the Raiders offense.

The Las Vegas Raiders could use an established veteran presence at wide receiver, even after drafting two players at the position. One analyst is suggesting the Raiders reunite with a $100 million wide receiver.

The Raiders lost Robert Spillane and Divine Deablo in free agency, so there are openings at linebacker. Smith will have to compete with another former Pro Bowler in Devin White.
