South Florida’s culinary scene is making waves as the Michelin Guide adds new restaurants to its prestigious list ahead of its highly anticipated 2025 star announcements.

The Florida Michelin Guide has added 14 new restaurants to its listings. The organization teased the additions in an announcement Wednesday, with restaurants hailing from Miami, Orlando, and Tampa primarily. All the new additions will be listed as “recommended” in the guide from the tire company, including on the Michelin website.
