Massachusetts State Police are investigating an unattended death on an Air France flight from Paris to Boston.

Calling it “an unattended death” aboard the flight, Massachusetts State Police said someone called the Crime Scene Services Section about the death.

A Stoughton woman died on board a plane from Paris to Boston's Logan International Airport Tuesday. Barbara Depoli, 53, was a master sergeant with the Kansas Air National Guard. Depoli also served in the Army and the Air Force.
