Boxer Julio César Chávez Jr. was deported to Mexico and is in jail in Northern Mexico after U.S. immigration arrested him for overstaying his visa and lying on a green card application.

Boxer Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. is currently jailed in Mexico after he was deported from the United States following over a month-long stay in detention after he was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers in early July.
