Lohan, 39, returns as Anna Coleman in “Freakier Friday,” the sequel to the 2003 Disney hit “Freaky Friday.” Jamie Lee Curtis and Chad Michael Murray also reprise their roles as Tess Coleman and Jake, respectively. Hendrix, for her part, makes a cameo as Blake Kale, Anna’s editor at Rolling Stone.

But the real cameo highlight is undoubtedly Elaine Hendrix as Blake Kale. In the movie, she's an editor at Rolling Stone (which, ironically, just named Shirley Halperin its first female co-editor-in-chief).
