Several Alabama and Auburn basketball players who went undrafted in the 2025 NBA Draft are getting NBA opportunities with teams across the league.

Auburn had a connection to the player chosen nine picks later, too. The Oklahoma City Thunder took Northwestern guard Brooks Barnhizer, who started his high school career at Alma Bryant in Irvington, at No. 44 in the 79th NBA Draft.

With the second round of the 2025 NBA Draft Thursday, several Alabama basketball players are hoping to hear their names called. Mark Sears averaged 16.7 points, 3.9 assists, while shooting 37.6% from the three-point-line in his collegiate career.
