Hi Miesie... Night Markets are easy accessible in many parts of Kowloon and if you've no idea than just head to Mongkok,Jordan or Nathan Road where you can actually find plenty of choices for ladies mostly. Even if you're not at night market...you can browse around Park Lane or stretch of tiny shops along Tsim Sha Tsui towards the bay or also Pacific Star mall if you're brand conscious or cross over to Shenzhen if you're a shopaholic...Lum Kwai Fong would cheer you up with lined-up of good eateries and bistro bars...best way is by MTR and get down at Jordan station ...enjoy

I was there in September last year and recall walking around 11pm and everything was still hustling. I went twice during my 72 hour visit to Hong Kong (stayed nearby at Eaton) and first visit around 8pm was packed full of locals and visitors. 11pm still had a sizeable crowd, but much easier to navigate.
